Cucumber!!!
Today, we harvested our first thing from the garden! It was a CUCUMBER!!! I am so excited about it. I've never really grown anything like this before. Adam's friend, Dana has been coming over and helping us out. He told Adam that is was probably time to pick the cucumber and hoped that it wasn't bitter. So Adam picked it a couple of hours ago and we ate it. Luckily it wasn't bitter and it was quite delicious! There was another one that we picked because it was a pretty good size.

That is wonderful!!Hopefully you will be able to harvest more yummy treats soon? Marcus and I have a little garden ourselves filled with ripening tomatoes, basil, dill parsley, and rosemary. All so good and refreshing to add into our cooking!
P.S- Good call using a Wii controller case to put the size of the cucumber into perspective. :-)
That is so awesome! Im jealous I cant wait to plant a garden next summer.
